| 2. 3 | Roof Leaking: After Inspection the roof was found to be in quite good condition apart from faulty installation which resulted in many screws being placed in the wrong position which has created the leaks. We Have removed the screws, sealed all the holes and repositioned the screws on the South Half of the building and waiting for rain to see if it is fixed before repairing water damaged interior.
